Quiet, cozy, rustic home in the woods. Great for curling up with a good book beside the wood stove in winter. Woodland preserve with walking trails nearby for a peaceful journey at any time of year. Interior has hand hewn wooden beams on ceiling, stone chimney, Waterford wood cookstove (if you are feeling adventurous!), clawfoot bathtub.

Looking to find someone to generally watch over the property, tend the wood stove in winter, spend some good time with my elderly animals. My dog is a husky mix, 14 years old, would love to hang out with you in our yard, or go for short walks down our quiet road. She needs a pill once a day in the morning. My oldest cat is 16, loves everyone, and is obviously the queen of our household. She will instantly be your best friend, and is semi retired from outdoor life. My two other cats are in their prime and enjoy going in and out as they please.

Quiet, relaxing, woodland vibe. Great for slowing down, meditating, taking some extra time to simply be present. Quaint town of Liberty is 10 minutes away. No stoplights, but this tiny town of 800 ish people is home to many local businesses including, Liberty Graphics, Liberty Tool, and regionally famous John's Ice Cream. If you're wanting to relax and settle in even more, try a class at
the Ayurveda Yoga Center, just down the road from the Village center. If you're looking for a bit more excitement, it's a 25 minute drive to the seaside town of Belfast or the capital city of Augusta.

Locally, there are many small businesses to visit, including an environmentally friendly t-shirt shop, some of the best ice cream in the state of Maine, a local brewery with delicious beer and great company, a local library and museum, a Tool company and salvage store unlike anything you may have visited before, and a beautiful yoga and Ayurvedic Center where you can relax and receive some much needed self care. If you're up for a drive, it's 25 minutes to the small coastal city of Belfast. There, you can take in a movie at the Colonial Theater, visit numerous art galleries, grab a bite to eat at the local Co-op or stop in to one of the many restaurants downtown.
