Our 3 kitties are easy to care for: I fill the food bowl in the morning when I get up (anytime from 4:30-7:30am--when you get up, you fill the bowl), fill fresh water in water bowl. Scoop the litter box every morning and before bed. There's a potty pee pad that is replaced every other day. The cats are trained-they know "sit", "down", "leave it", "wait", let's go", and "treat". Use the words calmy as you would a trained dog. When needed, adding a pointed finger helps with the "down", or picking up the squirt bottle (usually Phoebe). The cats play fetch with a fuzzy ball (yes these are cats and not dogs-I know its funny but it is cute), laser light, bubbles, and chase. They'll play with ribbon or string moving too. They need play time a couple of times a day. Phoebe (black cat) meows loudly when she wants to play fetch. Archie (orange) meows softly. They will bring you the ball. Archie will love you from day one, the girls will need some patience. Archie is allergic to seafood. Please do not bring seafood in the house. If he does eat some, you will need to give him half a Benadryl pill for …

Second floor game room has a tv, pool table, game table, dart board. There is a large selection of card and board games to choose from. Kitchen is well-stocked with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and appliances, ice and water on door of refrigerator, and in-sink disposal. Home has wifi, cable, Amazon stick, and several viewing apps available. There are two televisions downstairs and two upstairs. There are many stores very close and nearby for groceries, fast food, restaurants, shopping. All will require a car for transportation. There are three security cameras outside the house: one doorbell, one over the garage, and one in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the house. The front door is electronic code entry.

Bright home with lots of windows and natural light. Home has central air cooling and heating, sprinkler system on a timer, and weekly lawn service on Thursdays. Backyard is nicely landscaped and is extra large. You may choose from the three guest bedrooms upstairs to stay in. Room #1 has two twin beds and a tv. Room #2 has a queen bed. Room #3 has a full bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs to use. Second floor game room has a tv, pool table, game table, dart board. There is a large selection of card and board games to choose from. Kitchen is well-stocked with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and appliances, ice and water on door of refrigerator, and in-sink disposal.

Un grand merci à Linda de nous avoir fait confiance. Grâce à cela, nous avons pu connaître un coin du Texas dans des conditions idéales. Une très jolie maison bien confortable, 3 compagnons de vie bien éduqués, câlins que nous aurions bien aimé pouvoir ramener avec nous à Toulouse :-) Dès le départ, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Linda nous a bien accueillis. Nous sommes restés en contact durant tout le séjour, ce qui est rassurant. C'est dire si nous vous conseillons cette destination pour un futur gardiennage !
