General description

Restored centennial house located in a small town that combines modern farmhouse and cabin styles. Beautiful wood work done including a wrap-around deck and fully fenced big yard.
Needs and Animals
- My pets
- Big garden
- 2 dogs
- 2 cats
- Fish
Just looking for someone to keep our house tidy, shovel the snow on the deck and walkway. Non-smoking home.
We have a beautiful yard that will most likely not need much work in the spring and some indoor plants that could benefit from watering.
We have two dogs (one American Akita and one Husky mix), two cats and fish. Our dogs are friendly, well-mannered and not a lot of work. They like to hang out in the yard or in the house. As I am home during the day, they can't be left alone all day. The adult cat is an outdoor/indoor cat but the younger one stays indoor and is still quite playful.
The fish are pretty easy to maintain with just daily feeding and turning on/off the light.

Authentic small-town living, quiet and convenient. The house is walking distance from basic amenities including a supermarket, doctor, local product shop and restaurants. More amenities including a hospital is located just 12 min away, there are two cities nearby (25 min drive) for more variety and Calgary International Airport is only 35 minutes away.
It's highly recommended to have your own transportation as the village does not have public transport, just taxi services to the airport and neighbors towns. We could discuss borrowing our car.
The house has a real cozy cabin feel with its wood burning stove, open room with the kitchen and large sitting area. The house is easy to live in and look after.
The yard is fully fenced with a dog run and fire pit area for the warmer days. Plenty of street parking with room for RV.
