General description
We live in a home built in 2018 that overlooks Lake Arenal. We have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. For security, we have an alarm system, and a safe room to lock up valuables. There is an electric gate and a fenced-in yard around our acre of land. There is great hiking on the road past our house.

We have five rescued mixed-breed dogs who are very well-behaved and loving. The largest is 42 pounds and the smallest is only 13 pounds.

Our home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. You can hear the birds and monkeys first thing in the morning and will enjoy spectacular sunsets at night. I love to cook so the kitchen is very well-appointed.

Our internet is usually very fast and reliable. We have lots of stations on the TV, including many movie channels.

Many people come to our area for the beautiful scenery. We believe we have the best view in Lake Arenal. Hiking at the volcano in La Fortuna is less than an hour away, and there are many excellent restaurants right in our little village.
