Beautiful apartment in the 12th district of Paris, with a lovely terrace and large vitrage. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room and a separate kitchen fully equipped. It is located nearby Bercy Parc and five minutes walking from the metro 6 and 14.
Needs and Animals
- My pets
- A dog
We have a nice 11 years old mix-breed dog, named Cannella, who needs to be walked two to three times a day to the Bercy park and having her food once per day. She is very calm and friendly, but she gets a little bit scared with strong noises and crowds and a little bit sad when we're not home. Her favourite activity is sleeping on the couch (she is allowed to the couch, not the bed) and she has a true interest in Botanics - she spends a lot of time sniffing all sort of plants in the Bercy park. If you want to become her best friend, a piece of bread is all you need: then she'll love you (not so) unconditionally.
- Less than 50 m² (530 sq. ft.)
- No land/balcony
- Metro/tram station
- Bus stop
- Railway station
Between the Bercy Park and the Bercy Village in Paris, our apartment features with a perfect location: extremely calm and yet close to restaurants, cinemas, peniches and all sort of entertainment, including the "Arena" with its amazing concerts and ice skating rink. The Lyon train station is 10 minutes walking from here and the city centre (Louvre, Opera, Marais, etc.) is two stops away with the 14th line. Line 6 provides a direct connection with the Tour Eiffel and a panoramic view of Paris. A large number of buses are also available nearby for all sort of destinations.
Comfort and Luxury
We love having our breakfast in the veranda, or a tea on the terrace: From our apartment, you can spot the beautiful colours of Parisian sunsets, the ones that later you will find captured by impressionist painting in the Orsay Museum. But the live show is something else.
Tourism and Leisure
Paris has everything to offer. My suggestion, however, is just to walk as long as you can and then stop to the nearest boulangerie to get a croissant (or a pain au chocolat, or a pain au raisin, or a financier, or ...). Repeat.

From Friday 2020
To Thursday 2020
We are leaving on the 20th of March and coming back on the 9th of April. We need somebody to take care of our dog exactly on those dates, but we can also offer hospitality before and after if needed.
