We have a rescue dog named Flecha. She is extremely sweet with all people and kids and really just wants to sleep and cuddle all day. She's completely housebroken. We walk her 3-4 times a day, she's great on the leash. She's honestly a very easy dog, but we both have to be away for the month of July so we need someone to keep her company!

We are leaving on July 1st, so we'd like for our house/petsitter to come at least one day earlier so we can meet, introduce you to Flecha, and get to know each other. We will be back at the earliest on August 1, although there is the possibility of extending through August as we may be traveling the first half of that month as well.

We spend most of our days diving in the nearby cenotes or enjoying the beach. But in the apartment, there's a swimming pool, or we have a balcony that you can sit out to enjoy your coffee over the courtyard. We have a 55" television with all the streaming channels (HBO, Apple TV, Netflix, etc). There's also a smaller television in the bedroom. We just purchased a new King mattress less than a month ago. There's workout equipment available in the guest room, including four kettlebells. But there's also a fully equipped, affordable gym only a few blocks walk from here. And there's a wet room in the apartment that can be used for washing/drying clothes.

Our apartment is in central Playa but off the main tourist streets, so it's a quiet complex. There's a balcony and a courtyard pool. We're only a few blocks walk from the beach. But also very close to the Mega supermarket, lots of fun restaurants and bars, and the Cancun airport is <1 hour from here. There's also easy access to the ferry to visit Cozumel or other islands nearby, and plenty of other nearby adventures like cenotes or horseback riding through the jungle.
