Our home is a two bedroom apartment on the second floor, with a big living room and a new kitchen. It's a modern, lovely, and comfortable space. The living room and guest bedroom face onto the botanic garden across the street so you have a beautiful view at any time of year. There is a balcony, and a shared backyard downstairs with a garden, deck, and furniture.

Our apartment is centrally located in one of Oslo's most popular neighborhoods, right across from the Botanic Gardens and just a couple minutes walk from parks and several museums. There are shops, cafes, great restaurants and bars, as well as two underground stations all at your fingertips. Our kitchen is new, well-equipped, and a beautiful space to cook and enjoy food in. There is a balcony, and a shared backyard downstairs with garden space, a deck and furniture.

Our neighborhood is rich in urban art. It's home to beautiful parks, diverse museums, and lots of unique cafes, bars and restaurants. Centrally located, the rest of Oslo is easily walkable or reached by handy transport links. Other trendy and popular neighborhoods are close by, and the opera and theatre just a few minutes's walk. In the summer you can sun yourself by the water, swim, and stroll along the boardwalks in Oslobukta, At any time of year, you can check out Oslo's sauna culture right in the city centre, at the floating saunas. Good transport links means Oslo fjord, the many islands, and forest hiking trails are easily accessible for a day or even just a few hours.

Sarah is a friendly and welcoming host, always available and responsive to my news and questions. She prepared and sent me all needed information about Hugo and apartment already some days before my arrival. This written notices as well as the simple and effective explanation by our first meeting in person, made my tasks easy to accomplish. The tastefully decorated and furnished apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Hugo was a wonderful cat “host”, discreet, but always watching me, just in case I need some round of cuddles and he was offering it generously. In general he was not very talkative, but he has unusual pleasant voice and it was always my pleasure to hear him purring and singing /chirping. Hugo is beautiful, full of love, affection and kindness. He was a good company and it was very easy to take care of him. Thank you to Sarah for the trust she placed in me and for an opportunity to meet her Hugo.
