There are no pets living at the house yet. The trees and house plants would need watering (irrigation system is in place). Experience or interest in plants and speaking Spanish preferred.

The house is on the edge of the Velez de Benaudalla village, 20 min drive from the sea and 40 min drive from the city of Granada; there are buses leaving in both directions. The house is in the middle of a peaceful orchard with numerous olive trees, citrus trees, figs etc and offers wonderful views to the Sierra Nevada mountains. Winters are mild, summers are dry and hot.
