Main home

Cozy home in a tranquil neighborhood, within 30' walk to the city center.
Perfect for 1 or 2 people; one main bedroom and two bathroom (both with shower and one with a bath).
Complete kitchen and a big living room.

Plenty of services in walking distance (supermarkets, pharmacy, green areas, mountain, ...) and very well connected by bus (5'), train (1') and metro (10').

I have two adult cats, Otis and Osho (both 12 years).
They're bit shy in the beginning but if you feed and play with them Otis will start accepting you by rubbing his face on your feet, and Osho will hop over you to get some love.

They're playful though not as a kitten. If they are confident with you, you may see them run all over the place and chase each other. I call this the "savannha time"

Because of their age, Osho sometimes pees in non-desired places if sandbox is not properly clean (mostly in dustpan) and Otis sometimes vomits, but nothing that happens usually if you take care of them properly (cleaning sandbox an giving both of them cat malt)

I also have some indoors plants that may require watering but can leave them attended just before leaving so you should not worry much about them, unless you want x)

There's a little balcony with nice views. Cats are used to being there unsupervised, but please watch them because I'm not sure how they'll react with new people around.

Free parking spot may be available depending on the occasion.
Otherwise some pay-parkings are available nearby though not cheap.

I mainly work from home, so it's equipped for that with good internet connection and a sit/standup desk if you want to work here. There's another room with access to a small balcony where there's another table if you want to use it.

Don't use much TV but chromecast is available (you're gonna need to configure it!)
Got some books in English and Spanish, and some boardgames too.

No smoking in the house.
