We have refurbished our flat 1 year ago, so it is brand new. It is ideal for 2 people: 1 room, 1 bathroom, 1 livingroom/kitchen and a huge terasse which is highly appreciable in Madrid to chill out, or enjoy a cofee/beer with view. And best of the best it is on the last floor (8th with elevator) so you feel like alone in town.
The flat is really well located, in the center of Madrid (Metro Embajadores). Some walking distance with point of interest: 10 from the modern neighborhood of Lavapies, 10 min from el matadero y Madrid Rio, 15 from the Main train station (atocha), the Reina Sofia Museum. 20min from Sol (center point of Madrid) and Retiro.

We have 2 cats and the main reason for us to use this service is to find someone who will take care of them with lots of love :) Make sure they have food, clean toilets and cuddles.
We also expect our guest to put water daily to the plants and take care of the house.
We expect people to take care of our house as they would do with their and to respect the neighbors (not too much noise).
