General description

Main home

Beautiful and charming historic with a magnificent garden and terrace overlooking the French mountains and the Rhône River. A very quiet place- very large and bright rooms and big kitchen.
The house is a 15 min ride to downtown Geneva or the train station or the airport- buses are across the road. Supermarkets, Restaurants and post office are within walking distance. or a few bus stops away. Garage available. Truly a great place to relax!

I mainly need someone to be at the house and make sure all runs smoothly - I have three young students living here ( they each rent a room and use the kitchen to prepare meals and mostly stay in their rooms to work) that tend to themselves but I prefer to have a responsible adult around. The lawn and flowerbeds will need to be watered- this is easy and there is a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. I basically need someone to look after the house and garden- it's a very clean and tidy home. No pets.

Geneva is a great city; lots of fresh food markets, shopping of course, the lake, swimming, hiking... large expat communities, museums...plenty to do ( Due to COVID there might be some restrictions)
The house is a very relaxed place, nicely furnished, bright, cozy, very clean and organized- if the weather is nice the garden and terrace are perfect, the view is great- everyone always tells me they feel so well here!
