We have a long-haired teen-aged girl cat who is a bit of a princess. She requires oral pilling every 48 hours for incontinence, and, clean litter boxes. She requires very little other attention and is just happy to have your company and regular meals. Our plants are on timers so the garden is purely for your enjoyment. A little hand watering on very hot days would be appreciated but otherwise, carefree.

Our home is like having the countryside in the city. Friendly neighbors with dogs and lots of greenery. A mix of old, young, and multi-ethnic. Walkable, with neighborhood stairs for exploring. The house is on a hill with long views across L.A. Within 10 minutes drive there is a wide choice of little shopping/eating districts as well as Griffith Park (hiking, golf, tennis, the observatory, the Greek Theater and L.A. Zoo, Autry Museum) and L.A. River for biking and horse riding. Five supermarkets close by, many yoga spaces, coffee shops, and easy access to Freeways to Pasadena and its excellent Huntington Gardens, or Monterey Park for Chinese food. Hollywood and its farmer's market is 15-20 minutes by car or subway as is the Chinese Theater and Walk of Fame. For architecture lovers, Frank Lloyd Wright's Hollyhock House is in the vicinity. Other neighborhood architectural attractions are Schindler and Neutra houses and Barbara Bestors studios.
