As for general care for the home, snow is cleared from the driveway by the HOA, but the front walk and the back deck and patio will need to shoveled after each storm.
We'd expect that you keep the house clean and tidy during your stay.

- Less than 20 m² (210 sq. ft.)
While the home doesn't have its own land, it is on a small lot maintained by the association. We have a small deck and a patio with a gas fire pit. The homes here are close together, but our home is on fairly private lot.
The house is all on one floor including the laundry room. There is a basement, and there are three steps up coming in from the garage, front door and deck.
A shopping center with a pharmacy, super market, clothing stores and a Walmart is 15 minutes away.
Pawtuckaway State park is nearby with hiking and snowshoeing in the winter and a beach on a lake in the summer.
Hampton Beach state park is 20 minutes away with a long, sandy beach to walk on. You can also enjoy a walk along the beach on the sidewalk. In the summer there are shops and restaurants all along the beach. Most are closed during the winter.
Our neighbors are quiet and very friendly, but not intrusive.
Comfort and Luxury
The kitchen is well laid out and designed for cooking. It also has a sunny nook for enjoying coffee or tea in the morning.
Our neighborhood is quiet and perfect for a morning walk or evening stroll.
