Mostly remodeled modern home in the country. Lots of land, beautiful sunsets, lovely country roads for walking. Very friendly neighbors. Horses next door. Pond in the back yard full of turtles and frogs. Hot tub. Porch swing. Fast wifi. Fully stocked kitchen with vegan and gluten free spices.
Living room has the most incredible shag carpet.

Needs and Animals

  • My pets

Kitties just need LOTS of love and cuddles. I am home almost all the time with them and give them maybe an insane amount of attention.
Just talk to them and pet them and tell them how pretty and cool they are.
Other than than they just need food, water, and litter cleaned.

We have a lot of musical instruments that you may play with the okay of my husband. Piano is mine so you can play that anytime :)

Farmers market 5 min down the road at a family farm every Friday.
Fresh eggs the other way down the road, any time. $3 a dozen.
Larger Farmers Market every Saturday morning in Bastrop.
Bigger grocery shopping at HEB in Bastrop, 20 min by car.

We've got plants on a drip system that just needs to be turned on and off every day.

Tv has netflix, prime, hulu, and hbo. Living room is all about comfort. Not only is the floor itself super comfy but the couch and giant bean bag chair are awesome as well. We really love relaxing!

There are many, tiny, historic towns nearby. Smithville itself is my favorite. Its a 15 min drive to downtown. It features many old western store fronts, some haunted buildings, many adorable events with our local group of artists and free spirits. It has been the set of many films and series.

We have a great local spot called Rio Social House which is very inclusive, has live music, karaoke, fire pit, cabanas, great drinks, great decor, and great people.

We are not far from the famous Round Top if you love antiquing. There are great shops all over.
