Hi, I am Eelkje living in Amsterdam with my 2 cats. I work as a recruiter for ING, Netherlands biggest bank, and basically I work for my holidays! :)
I love to travel and I love animals, besides this I love to cook, hang out with my friends and enjoying the good live.
I have lots of experience with cats, we always had them. I also have experience with disabled cats. My previous cat was deaf and one of my current cats has only 3,5 legs. We also used to have a dog when I was younger, a Dalmatian, which I adored.
I previously only used this platform to find house sitters during my holidays, but recently I decided to pet/house sit myself as I can work remotely. All I need is a good internet connection.

Everything in this stay was great; a beautiful house in a great location, and Jip & Noortje, the cats, are two angels: they're the sweetest and friendliest, and REALLY love to cuddle; as the days went on, I felt that a true bond of friendship was being created. And Eelkje is the perfect host: trustful and easy-going, communications with her are always clear and direct, and things go along really smoothly.

Eelkje took really good care of my place and my cat. I found him really peacefull and calm when I came back home. I'd definitely recommend her to other hosts.

This was my first home-sitting with Nomador, and I couldn't have wished for a better experience! Eelkje is very trustful and easygoing, the home is beautiful, spacious and luminous, and it's located in one of the nicest neighborhoods around the city center; and her cats are sooo sweet, gentle, and friendly! All in all, a stay that I'll surely keep in fond memories.
