Manuel was very pleasant and kept in touch during his absence, the flat is perfect, near to the park, not far from the centre, well connected by metro and bus and has a wonderful terrace with impressive views. Balkan (the dog) is quite a character, he weighs about the same as I do so when he decides not to move that's it, over the period of my stay however we did come to a mutual understanding of each other and he is very good natured, the cat was no problem and lets you know when it's time for food and/or affection. I stayed a little over 3 weeks at Manuel's place and greatly enjoyed it.

Manuel was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. His pets, Balkan and Nena, are very sweet and his apartment is lovely. I especially loved the terrace! Balkan can be a bit stubborn on walks, which Manuel warned me about, but Manuel was very helpful with tips. Aside from the occasional mutiny (he could be reluctant to go home), Balkan is very sweet and good with other dogs. Nena is a sweetheart! She likes to chat and is very gentle and appreciates affection.

Manuel has a nice house with a sweet dog and cat. The house is near a park where we walked with Balkan. Also the metro is nearby. We enjoyed exploring Madrid. The contact with Manuel was easy. We sure wouldn't mind coming back another time, when the sun does shine.

Great experience with Manuel, he is very friendly and reactive. Balkan, the dog and Gata, the cat were lovely. The big parc next to the flat helps for exits with the Dog And a lot of thing to discover about the neighborhood and Madrid!
