I am Ray, and along with my husband DJ, we are United Nations diplomats living in Geneva, CH.
Our family also includes our 2 young and friendly dogs.
We are both in our early 40s, and have lived in Europe for over 10 years. We have been moving around mostly due to our jobs. We are Asian expats, currently in Switzerland for 5+ years. While living in California, US, we gathered formal experience with socializing rescued dogs and cats at the SVACA shelter; collectively we have over 1500 hours volunteering there.
We have shelter experience with cats, dogs and rodents mostly, and a lot of these were special needs. I also have a five star rated pet-sitting profile locally; I pet-sit on and off, having started during and after Covid. We also foster shelter dogs sometimes.
We are organized, clean, quiet, discreet and respectful of our hosts’ homes and the local cultures. Most of the times, our dogs do everywhere with us. They are almost as well traveled as we are! We like to involve our dogs in most of the activities we take part in, so usually prefer dog friendly hikes, mountain transport, etc.
We are also hosts on Nomador, and have about 50 houseplants too, so can also help with plants ☺️
Also, I am fairly good with DIY. Though neither of us are great cooks 🫣
We usually drive with our dogs where possible, and a parking spot is appreciated!

Rencontre superbe, un vrai coup de cœur! Ray et son mari sont très chaleureux, ils se sont très bien occupés de la maison, du jardin, de la piscine et surtout des animaux. Au retour un superbe dîner îndien nius attendait. J'espere qu'ils seront disponibles l'année prochaine!!

Rayne and Shyne are gorgeous dogs who we loved getting to know and hang out with. They are both sweet-natured and love their cuddles. Ray and DJ were incredibly hospitable to us and provided every detail for their girls and home, which is always so helpful and appreciated. They were quick to respond to any of our questions via messaging and provided helpful information for our stay in Vernier, Geneva. Their home was comfortable to stay in — we had everything we needed. They’re located in such a lovely neighbourhood that is very safe and has various recreational areas around, for example, parks, a dog park, free animal enclosure area, etc. They’re also right next to the river which we swam in daily! 😍 Thank you Ray and DJ, and Rayne and Shyne, we loved meeting and connecting with you all! ☺️

Ray and DJ are a wonderful couple with two beautiful dogs. They welcomed me with such warmth, and my stay at their place was incredibly pleasant and comfortable. I truly wish there were more people like them—so friendly, kind, and generous.

Superbe accueil de Ratna&Dj J ai partagé un somptueux repas à mon arrivée et présence de suelques provisions dans le frigo. C est bien là première fois que ça arrive depuis 8 ans que je fais des nomadors. Merci!! Beaucoup de bienveillance,ils ont tout fait pour me mettre à l aise. J'ai pu profiter de Genève , son lac,ses musées et ses animations. L appartement est agréable,cosy et bien décoré. Les chiennes sont tellement attachantes. Merci infiniment Ratna&Dj🙏
