Gert was a great pet sitter. He communicated well, took great care of our cat, and left our home just as he found it. We would definitely welcome him back.

Gert took great care of our three cats while we were away on holiday. The communication was clear and he provided updates every day. It was quite warm and he combed the cats and made sure they had fresh water so they would be comfortable. He left the apartment clean and in good condition.

Gert stayed in my apartment in Amsterdam for one week and looked after my two cats. Communication before and during the stay was friendly and easy. I also appreciated returning to a clean apartment, and I was grateful that he had taken care of my plants. My cats were safe, and Gert respected their space, which matters because they can be cautious with unfamiliar people. However, there was one important issue for me. I later learned that people unknown to me had been invited into my apartment during the stay. This was not discussed with me in advance, I did not give my consent, and I was not informed afterwards. I have to say this was upsetting for me, because when I give someone the keys to my home, I am trusting them with my personal space, my belongings, and the safety of my pets. Overall, I appreciated the friendly communication, the clean apartment, and the practical help, but I wish this situation had been handled with more transparency and prior agreement.

Gert was very patient with Pepper, and I found the house clean and ready for me. He communicated clearly, and I was very happy with his sitting. I highly recommend him.
