We have a gorgeous little Cavapoo called Etta, she loves walks and a visit to the local pub. She sleeps in the main bedroom in her own bed but does like to hop in to have a little snuggle in the mornings.
Etta is such a sweet girl who is very used to children and loves attention, she spends most of her days sitting at the window watching for squirrels in our large garden or snoozing.
There are a few patio plants that will need watering.

Logement

3 bedroom detached comfortable bungalow with large garden and lovely rural walks on doorstep. Located in a quiet village 7 miles from City of Cambridge. Local shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance in the next village which is a few mins by car or an easy 30 min walk.

Our home is to be treated as your own whilst you stay, two Adult bicycles are also available if needed.

The house is in a lovely quiet village with a fabulous, friendly pub. In the adjacent village 2km away there are shops, a cafe, pubs, restaurant, pharmacy, doctors, buses. The university City of Cambridge is a 15 min drive away.
Our house is comfortable, easy to maintain and cosy with its wood fire burner.

Tourisme et loisirs

There is much to keep you occupied in Cambridge: colleges, museums, historic buildings, shopping, nightlife, walking. There are some beautiful National Trust properties in the surrounding areas too: Anglesey Abbey, Wimpole Hall, Wicken Fen being the most local. A trip to the market town of Ely to see the Cathedral is also a must.
The beautiful North Norfolk coast is a 75 min drive away.

I had such a pleasant sit for Nicole and Alex over the Christmas holiday. Sweet Etta was wonderful company and quite a snuggled. The home is in a nice location, with everything I needed available within a short drive. It's a lovely village in the countryside. I was treated to a nice dinner with the family the night prior to their departure, as well as a very thoughtful snack basket. Their home is very comfortable and well equipped. I couldn't have asked for a better companion (Etta), host family, or location for a relaxing getaway.

It was a great pleasure to look after Etta and the house. Etta is an incredibly friendly and affectionate dog: she quickly got used to us, loves company and walks, and at night she slept next to us — which made our stay even cozier. The house is very comfortable and we felt at home. Communication was excellent: Nicole was always available, responded quickly to any questions, and gave clear instructions, which made caring for the house and Etta easy and stress-free. Super séjour chez Nicole & Alex, qui m’ont très bien accueillie et gentiment mis à disposition leur suite parentale et même leur voiture. La maison est agréable et Etta est une adorable louloute: finaude, dynamique, tendre et attachante ! Rien ne lui fait plus plaisir que de partir en balade ou d’aller faire un tour au pub. La région est très riche, il y a énormément de choses à voir et le park and ride direction Cambridge fonctionne très bien. Je recommande chaleureusement Alex et Nicole , que j’espère revoir un jour !
