I have 2 cats, Clark and Margaux. Clark is 21 years old, and Margaux is 17. They are both in good health. They are fed twice a day: in the morning and in the evening. Their 2 small litter boxes need to be cleaned once a day. You must be comfortable allowing them to enter and sleep in your bedroom, as they are social. They are shy, especially Clark, so a low-key person is preferred.

Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a few blocks. No need for a car! A 20-minute walk from many attractions in Philadelphia. And you can bike everywhere. The house has a small courtyard perfect for a morning coffee. And a beautiful rooftop with a view of the city. Ideal for 1 or 2 people (solo travelers preferred). The house is well situated in town, close to everything on foot (Old City, Rittenhouse, lots of museums, etc.) Two blocks from grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and an open market. Must be comfortable with stairs since the house has 3 floors. Easy access to New York City (direct bus for about $25) and high-speed train to Washington, D.C., and Boston, etc. My neighbors are middle-aged professionals and very nice.

Philadelphia is a culturally rich city with amazing museums and history! It has the most historic square mile in the United States. You can also take a train or bus directly to New York City (2 hours), Boston, Washington DC, or to the Amish country in Lancaster (about 1 hour away by train, $22 for a one-way). Lots to do here!

J'ai passé un super séjour chez Marie où j'ai pris plaisir à m'occuper de Clark et Margaux, ses deux adorables, et adorés, chats. La maison est extrêmement bien située et permet de profiter pleinement de la ville et de ses centres d'intérêt. Je remercie Marie pour son accueil chaleureux quelques jours avant son départ et pour sa prévenance dans l'organisation de mon voyage. Je recommande vivement.

It was an absolute pleasure Pet/housesitting for Marie in Philadelphia. The cats were so loving and easy to care for. Her home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, the location was great too. I enjoyed meeting Marie and felt very comfortable throughout my entire stay. We stayed in touch the whole time and I had everything I needed to take care of her cats as well as maintain the house.
