Both dogs are Labrador / Border Collie mixes. Monty (the ginger one) is 14 years old so is a bit slower these days but still loves going on a stroll (he prefers to be off the lead). He often likes his own space - will take himself off up to the garden to lie in the sun. Lilah is 7 and loves being with people, she will follow you around the house like a shadow. She still has a lot of energy so needs to a good long walk everyday with a lot of running. She also loves a cuddle.

Lilah loves everyone, Monty can be a bit more apprehensive at first but once he is comfortable he is very loving. Outside the house Monty can still be quite protective so in public places like a cafe / pub you just have to be conscious of anyone who tries to approach him and stroke him.

Ideally we would have someone house-sitting from 1st June but if this is not possible, the dates we definitely need are 8th June-19th June.

The house is a 4 bed family home. You would be staying in a bedroom with a single bed and a modern bathroom next door. There is a living room, study, and large kitchen, conservatory and garden which you will have complete access to so it's great if you work remotely. The house is set in a cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic. You can park anywhere outside. The house is a 12 minute walk to Mill Hill Broadway Station or you can catch the bus from the end of the road.

Mill Hill is a leafy suburb of London. The house is located in a quite cul-de-sac with no through traffic. We have a beautiful garden that gets the sun all day. The house is a 12-minute walk / 3 minute bus ride down hill to Mill Hill Broadway with all the amenities you need including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and Mill Hill Broadway Station where you can get a train to St Pancras in 20 minutes. If you have a car we are also on the boarder with Hertfordshire so there are some lovely country walks nearby as well.
