Our cats need to be fed and their litter kept cleaned, but both of them are also very interested in interacting with human companions. They are readily approachable, get along well and if you are patient and attentive, Matka and Voodoo will play and follow you around and they might cuddle and sleep with you. All around great cats in a spacious and light-filled space at the epicenter of the city. Also, we have plants that will need to be watered once or twice a week.

We're leaving on June 24 in the afternoon so you can arrive in the morning, or, if you're coming from Europe, then plan to arrive in the evening of June 23. The space is large and setup so you have privacy if you overlap with us. For our departure, we arrive in the early afternoon of July 13, so plan to leave late afternoon of July 13.

Large, beautiful artists' loft in the middle of Soho. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the city. Ideal location at the center of downtown: walking distance to Tribeca, Greenwich Village, Chinatown and so much more and with every subway line a couple blocks away.

Our loft is large and offers many opportunities for privacy if someone has to isolate themselves to work. It's on the top floor, quiet and well-equipped, so a nice place to relax. And everything the city has to offer is right outside the door.

Incroyable séjour chez Françoise et Art, des hôtes gentils et très accueillants. Le logement est cosy, calme et on s’y sent bien dès le début. Merveilleux séjour à New-York avec Voodoo et Matka, deux chats adorables, faciles à vivre, joueurs et très câlins. Le contact avec Françoise et Art a été très fluide et sympathique. Leur loft typiquement new-yorkais est chaleureux, inspirant, et idéalement situé au coeur de Soho. Je m'y sentie comme à la maison et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir. I spent 2 wonderful weeks at Françoise and Art's place, with Voodoo and Matka. Both cats are lovely: smart, friendly and playful, and we had good chats all along. They are not difficult at all, they only need some human attention and cuddles, and they give back much to you. The flat is an amazing place to stay in the heart of New-York, with a great library, beautiful plants, a rooftop, and every thing you might need! Françoise and Art are very welcoming, interesting and charming people, who make you feel home right away. I am happy to have met this family of people and cats, and I definitely recommend this stay.
