Sweet 5 year old Freddie likes company but on his own terms. Usually lets himself in and out as he pleases through the catflap and usually found on a neighbours garden shed during the day but likes the sofa or bed to be cosy of an evening.
Little Billie joined us in April and is full of beans, loves to play and follow his brother around the house. He currently needs to be kept inside, but once old enough Im sure he is keep to get exploring.
They are both happy to be left during the day (usually no more than 8 hours) but do like company and cuddles in the evening.

Nothing too irregular; make sure they don’t eat each others food (Freddie has a tag on his collar that only allows him to access his food bowl, but Billie isn’t trained on that yet) and Billie needs to be kept inside.

Logement

Cosy country cottage, wood burner in the lounge and comfortable kingsize bed in the master bedroom. Modest, modern bathroom with shower over bath. Generous kitchen (for the property!) with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and air fryer. All kept scrupulously clean (by my wife). Small decked and fully private garden with outside lighting. Only 10min walk into the village with plenty of amenities and a station with lines to London and the coast.

Occasionally with early/ late flights times we may not be able to meet before to hand over the property, but have a secure key lock box for the keys. Very happy to have a video call ahead of time to introduce you to the property.

Good to be aware that due to the nature of our property the stairs are fairly narrow and steep and some door frames are a little low, which I can show in a video call- but my 97 year old Grandmother managed them!! Our property is not suitable for families/ hosting more than 2 guests.

Short drive to many wonderful National Trusts (Batemans, Scotney Castle) as well as the unique Bedgebury Pineitim and Bewl Water. Very near Battle castle where the 1066 Battle of Hastings took place.

I had such a lovely stay in Robertsbridge with the lovely Freddie! The house is so nice, clean and cosy, all the facilities you might need and very well looked after. Freddie is a sweet, peaceful cat - he liked to sit near me and after a few days of warming up became genuinely affectionate. He was very easy to care for, letting himself in and out in his own time! The area is great for exploration with many local areas of interest. I stayed in February, so some of the gardens weren't yet open for the season but had great fun in Hastings and at a couple of local National Trust sites. Would highly recommend!
