I expect the sitter to take care of my cat while I’m away. The cat needs basic care: feed and clean her sandbox. She's very friendly and like to interact. She needs someone to spend some hours of the day with her (she can handle herself alone, but not the entire day). She doesn't have any specific needs.
Also I have some plants inside the apartment which needs a little water once a week.

Précisions sur les dates

The dates are settled (tickets already purchased). I travel on August 1st very early in the morning, so it would be perfect if the candidate arrive on July 31st at night, so I can give the keys and explain about the house. I do not have a place to leave keys for late arrivals. I come back home August 7th at midday. If the candidate needs to leave one day before, it is not a problem, just let me know. Unfortunately, for the nights we share on the apartment, I only have a couch (for 1 person) on the living room to offer you. The other nights, you can use my bed freely. Please read my notes about the oven and laundry machine before applying. Thanks!

Simple apartment completely furnished. Fast access to several bus lines, taxis/Uber to La Défense hub/Paris touristic places. It’s a sun lighted second floor apartment with 3 separated rooms: kitchen, living and 1 bedroom. It has 1 bathroom. Kitchen stuff available: stove, multi-cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cooking equipments. Smart TV with Amazon Prime and robot vacuum cleaner available, as long as cleaning equipments. The apartment has a collective heating system for the winter, is very comfortable thermically. For the summer, I have a fan. Full access to the apartment. The building has no facilities. I deliver and receive the keys meeting personally in my apartment. I’m available to contact anytime by phone. I leave the apartment during the stay. The neighborhood is mainly residential. It has a good variety of supermarkets, pharmacies, gym and boulangerie. The building has no lift/elevator, only stairs and I am on the 2nd floor. P.S. The LAUNDRY MACHINE and the OVEN are BROKEN! For laundry, there is a paid laundromat 10 minutes walking from the apartment. For heating the food, there is a electric multicooker the stove and the microwave. It’s a fine residential neighborhood, near La Défense, with options of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, gym and public transportation. The street and the building I live are very calm and silent. My apartment is very simple, but complete for a long stay of 1 or 2 people.

The apartment is close to a big park (Parc André Malraux), with trees and run/bike tracks. 10 min to Les Lumières cinema, Palais du Sport public pool and Théâtre Nanterre-Amandiers. Easy access by public transportation to La Défense (15 min) and main touristic areas of Paris (30 min).

Carolina est une personne agréable, bienveillante et accueillante. Elle donne des explications claires et précises, ce qui permet de se sentir à l’aise dès le début. Quant à Goiaba, je me suis vraiment attachée à elle. C’est une adorable minette, à la fois très câline espiègle. Elle apprécie particulièrement les séances de brossage, à condition de la laisser venir à son rythme et faire le premier pas vers la brosse. L’appartement est confortable, bien agencé et idéalement situé, à proximité de plusieurs lignes de bus qui permettent de rejoindre facilement le Pont de Neuilly ou les RER de La Défense. Merci encore, Carolina, pour votre confiance. Au plaisir de vous revoir, ainsi que Goiaba !

Carolina est, comme toujours, très gentille et accueillante. Elle met facilement à disposition toutes les informations nécessaires, ce qui rend le séjour simple et agréable. Son chat Goiaba, que j’ai appris à bien connaître, est attachant. Il lui faut un peu de temps pour accorder sa confiance, mais une fois celle-ci gagnée, il ne vous oublie pas. Il aime venir s’installer sur les genoux pour recevoir quelques caresses, avec juste ce qu’il faut d’attention. Le logement est parfaitement desservi, avec plusieurs lignes de bus au pied de l’habitation. A bientôt Carolina et Goiaba.

Goiaba dite "Mimi" est une petite chatte douce, généreuse en câlins, un peu espiègle et très facile à vivre. Ce fût un réel plaisir de satisfaire ses demandes de caresses !
