We expect our house-sitter to take care of our two cats: Billie and Mitzi. They are 10 years old and are very friendly and sociable. We have developed a fusional relationship (!) with our cats over the years, and it's very important for us to ensure their well-being. They need water (especially in summer), food twice a day (Mitzi has a special food because he got kidney stones in the past), and a clean cat litter. If you can play with them they will be thrilled :)
We will also need you to water our garden, located at 8 min from home walking (it's a communitarian garden).

Hello, I will be away for two weeks in August and I'm looking for someone to take care of my furry babies. Important to note: - Dates can be flexible by 1-2 days - The house has undergone some renovation and is not exactly as on the pictures. We removed the wall paper in the living room and the built elements in the courtyard. The guest room, kitchen, bathroom haven't changed. - This is a old house with lot of charms but also some small problems (insects, dust). However it has wifi, hot water and even a projector! - The catsitter will have to water my garden every 2-3 days. It is 7 min walking from our house. I am available to answer your questions! Old house in the city center of Tavira (5 min walking from the train/bus stations, 10 min from the boat going to the Tavira island and beaches). The house is full of history with a lot of character. It has Wi-Fi, television, hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, but some of rooms need extensions to get electricity and don't have much light at night. Important to be careful with the facilities in general, it is old and fragile! We recently started a renovation and some of the rooms are a bit rough. The house is extremely quiet and has an internal terrace with plants.
We also have a community garden 8 min walking from our place and usually ask house-sitters to take care of it as well.

Our house is very quiet and spacious. We have high speed internet and a Thermomix if you like to cook!

Small and quiet street in the old town of Tavira. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bakeries very close to our place. Everything is accessible at walking distance.

Tavira is one of the most attractive and valued spot on the Portuguese coast. Surrounded by the natural park of the Ria Formosa and close to some of the most beautiful beaches, it offers a privileged setting. You will also find amazing fresh fish at the market and delicious pastries at the closest bakeries. Tavira is also a beautiful town full of history, with its castle and 37 churches!

Mélanie est très accueillante et sa maison typique portugaise avec ses magnifiques carreaux de faïence, son fer forgé, vitraux très pittoresque même si actuellement en travaux. Mitzie et Billie sont des amours, Billie est plus demandeuse de calins et Mitzie est malin, il a des croquettes spécifiques à prendre et arrive toujours à se faufiler pour aller piocher dans la gamelle de Billie. L'appartement est situé dans le centre historique, c'est superbe et pour les amoureux de l'océan, l'île de Tavira et ses immenses plages de sable blanc à 20 mn en ferry. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le séjour, d'autant plus que ma fille m'a rejoint pour un moment privilégié mère-fille dans un cadre bien sympathique avec la compagnie de deux adorables chats.

Très belle belle et très ancienne maison, avec des travaux en cours. Très bien située, la gare est toute proche, elle permet de visiter l'Algarve. Tavira est une belle petite ville tranquille. Les chats sont d'agréable compagnie: Billie est adorable et Mitzi très intelligent. Mélanie dont l'accueil a été chaleureux est soucieuse de leur bien -être.
