Rigo es un gato joven, curioso y muy sociable. Tiene un año, así que conserva toda la energía de gatito: le encanta perseguir su cañita de plumas, cazar pelotitas por el pasillo y asomarse a la ventana a vigilar a los pájaros. Sus sesiones de juego suelen ser por la mañana y al atardecer, unos 15-20 minutos, y después se gana a pulso sus largas siestas — normalmente en el sofá, al sol, o en cualquier caja de cartón que encuentre disponible.
Es cariñoso pero independiente: viene a buscar mimos cuando le apetece y agradece compañía tranquila el resto del día. Come dos veces al día (pienso y algo de comida húmeda), usa su arenero sin problemas y está acostumbrado a estar solo unas horas. Con un rato de juego diario y alguien que le rasque detrás de las orejas, es el compañero perfecto.

Welcome to our modern, spacious and wonderfully bright apartment, located in a privileged area of Madrid. It's the perfect place both for enjoying the city and for resting in complete peace and quiet.
The apartment has two large bedrooms with double beds, big windows and a cosy atmosphere. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows into the dining area and living room, creating a comfortable and functional space. The dining area has a table that seats up to 8 people, ideal for group meals or special dinners.
Next to the living room there is a very bright study, with a large desk set beneath a window and a speaker system that can easily be connected to your computer — perfect for working from home or enjoying music. In the living room you can relax on a large sofa, watch the smart TV or simply enjoy the views and the natural light coming in from the terrace.
The terrace is one of the most special corners of the apartment: a peaceful space with a small table, two chairs, plants and lights that create a lovely atmosphere in the evening — ideal for having breakfast or unwinding at the end of the day.
Thanks to its large windows, both the living room and the bedrooms are especially warm and bright throughout the day. The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning with both cooling and heating functions in both bedrooms, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of year. It also has two full bathrooms, both with showers — one of them with hydromassage — and a toilet.

The Salamanca district is one of Madrid's most emblematic areas, known for its stately architecture, exclusive shops, quality restaurants and sophisticated atmosphere. Guindalera, on the other hand, is a more local and quiet neighbourhood, with small shops, traditional markets and a very pleasant community feel.
Just a 2-minute walk away is the Avenida de América metro and bus station, one of the best-connected transport hubs in the city. El Retiro Park and the Puerta de Alcalá are a 25-minute walk away, and the airport is only 15 minutes by car.
