Besoin et animaux

I don't have any pets. I do have a garden that needs to be watered and house plants that need a bit of care.

Depending on the weather, the yard needs to be watered every other day. This takes about an hour. If it's cool or rainy, then watering is needed less often

My house a modern one, built in 2013, with a cathedral ceiling in the main area. This gives it a spacious and light quality. Everything is in good working order and very clean. The living area (kitchen, dining area, living room, powder room) are on the ground floor. My bedroom and bath are also on ground floor but not to be used by visitors. The upstairs has a guest room, a bonus room, and full bathroom. The bonus room has a fold out couch. I also have an office on the second floor which is not accessible to visitors,
The house sits on about 1/4 acres and has a lot of ornamental plants. This is what I need help from visitors to take care of while I am out of town.

My home is in a suburban area of the Asheville, NC metro area. I am a 15 minute drive to downtown with its many restaurants, music venues, and parks. I am surrounded by the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains and there are many hiking trails and outdoor activities within driving distance.
