The real owner of the house is Guido, a fat and very sociable cat.
Guido needs company more than food, because there is an automatic distributor of food and water. We expect guests to check him daily, take him out for a walk in the courtyard once a day, keep his toilet box clean and play with him some time. Being summer, the plants need to be watered, too.
That's all, folks!

Other than in the flat, Guido can stay alone in the courtyard for some time.
A GPS system will check if he wanders out in the streets: it's quite uncommon and he generally doesn't go far, but in this case it's better to fetch him back.

The apartment is excellently located: a few steps from the Vatican Museums, a 5-minute walk from St. Peter's Square and next to the metro stop (Line A, Cipro station). It is on the third floor of a historic complex built in the 1920s, it is small but comfortable and recently renovated. It overlooks an internal courtyard with a garden: a large magnolia gives shade to the bedroom window. A habitable terrace surrounded by plants allows you to dine outdoors on summer evenings if it's not too hot. The house has all the useful services you may need, including heating, air conditioning, Wi Fi and TV with Sky, Netflix and Prime TV subscriptions. The house has 3 beds: we have a double bedroom and a folding guest bed that can be opened into the study or wherever you want. The Prati district is one of the historic districts of Rome. In addition to prominent historical-artistic emergencies such as St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums, it hosts all the necessary services and a multitude of bars and restaurants for all tastes. The closest metro station is Cipro, but Ottaviano is also a few minutes walk away. Several bus lines pass right next to the house as well as a cycle path that allows you to cycle to the centre, go down the banks of the Tiber or towards the Ponte Milvio area.

Well, to fully know Rome 2 weeks wouldn't be enough. But Rome is also a good starting base to visit cities like Naples (1 hour by train) or Florence (one and a half hours)

I had a wonderful stay with Luca and Marianna. They were incredibly kind, welcoming and communicative from the very beginning. They made sure I had all the information I needed before and during the sit, and they were always quick to answer any questions. They also shared great local recommendations, which made my stay in Rome even more special. Guido is a diva that knows what he wants, but the sweetest, that loved to cuddle. It was a joy spending time with him, and I already miss him. He quickly became a wonderful companion. Their home is comfortable, well located and exactly as described. I would happily sit for them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them to any future Nomador sitter
