Welcome to my cozy home in Milan!

I live in a cozy and welcoming apartment (2bedrooms and a living room, last floor, no elevator) with a large private terrace, perfect for relaxing, enjoying a coffee, or spending time outdoors. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from Cimiano Metro Station (7'' walking), making it easy to reach the city center and all of Milan's main attractions. You'll also find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and every essential service nearby, as well as a beautiful park just around the corner.

The real stars of the house are my two lovely cats Gingi and Rugg. They are very friendly, affectionate, and sociable, and they truly enjoy having someone around to keep them company and give them plenty of cuddles.

Their daily care is very simple. They have an automatic food dispenser, so there is no need to prepare their meals. just check. Your main role will be to spend quality time with them, make sure they always have fresh water in the bowl (only from the bottle), clean the litter box regularly, and give them the attention and affection they love.

It features two bedrooms, one of which is available for guests, while the other is our private room. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, offering additional sleeping space if needed.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, a bright and comfortable living area, and a spacious private terrace—our favorite spot to relax, enjoy breakfast, read a book, or unwind after a day exploring Milan.

The neighborhood is peaceful and well connected. Cimiano Metro Station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city center, while supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and a lovely park are all within walking distance.

Just a few minutes away, you'll find Parco Lambro, one of Milan's largest green parks, ideal for walking, jogging, relaxing, or enjoying a picnic.

Our area is friendly, close to the most dynamic area (Nolo) and well connected, making it a great base for exploring Milan while enjoying a more authentic local atmosphere away from the busiest tourist areas.
