Belly is a real sweetheart who loves being around people.

He also loves to play, but much prefers playing with people than by himself, so he’ll really enjoy regular play sessions.

At the same time, he knows how to relax. He loves curling up anywhere that’s comfortable and has a few favorite spots, always close to his foster mom. He’s litter-trained, only eats his own food, and his automatic feeder helps keep him on a good routine. He’ll also let you know when it’s time for cuddles or playtime.

Belly needs to feel safe and secure with his humans and know that they’re there for him. He’ll need some extra attention while adjusting to my absence, as he tends to be a bit anxious.

He is an incredibly sweet cat. He likes affection on his own terms but doesn’t enjoy being picked up or held. He’ll be delighted if you bring out a feather wand to play with him.

One important note: please be extremely careful with tilt-and-turn windows left in the tilted position—they can be deadly for cats.
(I’ll explain how to air out the apartment safely and show you the system I’ve come up with to keep the air circulating, especially during heatwaves. The apartment is on the top floor under the roof, so it takes a bit of creativity! (There are four fans available, two cooling mats, and other tricks to help keep Belly comfortable)).

He can have his own closed enough big space during the night with everything he would need, without you so you can also relax until the beginning of the day. If you wanna enjoy some earlier alarm, let Belly travel the place and you won’t be desapointed, he wants you to wake up with him 😅 yes it’s a cat!

The apartment is 65 m² with high ceilings, a mezzanine featuring double beds, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available for you to use with care and respect.

It’s a true little sanctuary—a peaceful, cozy space where you can disconnect from the city. There’s plenty of room to practice yoga, study, relax, or enjoy a movie with the sound system.

To preserve the calm atmosphere, no parties are allowed in the apartment, and visitors should be kept to a minimum (there’s plenty to enjoy outside!). This is to respect Belly, the neighbors, and simply the home I’m opening to you.
