I'm in th historic center of Pieve Fosciana. The end house of a 1767 building. Two floors, empty apartment above. Charming, classic, fresh, spacious. Private garden with spectacular view. 2/3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Walk to everything! Bar, grocery, train station.
It’s VERY important that our visitors be mobile. It’s a walking town. It’s an old town with cobblestones. The house has stairs! There is no parking next to the house. That said, if you’re active and mobile it is a shear delight!!!!

The photos above show the main guest room with double bed (not queen or king) and a single sofa bed. These are the sleeping areas available to our visitors!

The house is comfy and roomy with a lovely private garden and spectacular view. Easy walking distance to coiffed bars, grocery, gelateria, little and big grocery. 2 km to rail station.

Wake up to birds and roosters and church bells. Walk in the woods, to the mill, the shops. Buy your bread and fruits and veggies, have a coffee, a spritz, play cards. Take the train anywhere.

Fantastic ropes course under Chestnut trees, paddle on lake Gramolazzo. Hike all over! Cool off in the river. Take the train to Lucca or Pisa or Florence or Le Cinque Terre. Eat the food!!!

My stay at Giuliana's, looking after the adorable Timmy was wonderful. Giuliana is a gracious host, an exceptional conversationalist and has an amazing energy. I appreciated her straightforward communication and instructions before and during the stay. Her guest room is lovely and comfy. Her home is perfectly located for whoever wants to savour Tuscany's charms from the serenity of a small authentic village and a welcoming close-knit community. Last but not least, the star of the show, Timmy, was an absolute gem of a kitty: well behaved, affectionate and easy going. As long as you cater to him, he is a happy camper. I loved being welcomed at the door upon every return and being woken up softly to then watch him merrily showing the way to the kitchen every morning. Grazie mille!
