Besoin et animaux

I expect from the house-sitter only that he/she takes care of the pets every day. This means once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening. We have a Border Collie who would love to have long walks but if this is not possible for the house-sitter, it will be ok for us as well. Our dog (Oreo) can be left alone in or around the house.
We also have a garden (permaculture), so the house-sitter can help himself with fresh vegetables :)
That is all, for the rest he just has to enjoy the region and relax :)

Hi, we restored an old house, with a big garden. We have chicken, a dog, a cat, a donkey and a goat. The house is in a small village, approx. 10 minutes from the motorway and 40 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, which is the biggest city nearby. We have a lot of trekking possibilities, you can go to the various lakes, do climbing, etc. We have a big house, with 5 rooms. The guest room has his own bathroom. We live a simple life and do not really care about comfortable features. Of course, we try to give our house his own charakter but instead of passing the time in the jacuzzi, we prefer to observe the nature and to live in harmony with it (as much as possible). The house is in the countryside. It is a great place just to relax and enjoy the silence. There is a small village nearby, around 2 minutes with the car where you can by fresh bread, etc. There is also a smaller town around 10 minutes drive from us, where you find a supermarket, some restaurants etc. Clermont-Ferrand is about 40 minutes drive. Tourisme et loisirs

There are a lot of things to do and to discover. The are a lot of old castels, discovering Vulcania and adventure Michelin, smaller and bigger cities (Clermont-Ferrand, Vichy, Mont Dore, Besse, Murol, Issoire, Saint Nectaire, Thiers). There is a lot to do.
We can advise the house-sitter when he arrives depending on what he prefers.

Sylvie et Olivier sont des hôtes charmants et accueillants avec de très bons conseils afin de découvrir la région des puys. Les animaux sont très sympathiques et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Superbes randonnées et paysages magnifiques avec en plus le soleil qui était au rendez vous. Nous reviendrons en Auvergne avec plaisir.
