Vero Beach

I have one adult cat who is very easy to take care of. She is pretty timid with new people but hoping she'll warm up after spending a bit of time together. She just needs to be fed once in the evening, her water refreshed every few days and her box cleaned - nothing major and no medical needs.

These dates are ideal - arrival on day of 9/15 would allow me to show you around the place and walk through everything before leaving. The departure date can be flexible within a couple of days if needing to leave earlier.

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath + enclosed Florida room condo in Vero Beach, FL. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is two stories so the candidate must be ok with stairs. Condo is fully equipped with great AC, dishwasher, washer and dryer, multiple TVs and speakers. There is a nice community pool and two tennis courts on property. The house sitter will be staying in the guest room (pictured) which has its own bathroom (shower only).

The condo is located 5 minutes from our beautiful beach and minutes away from everything you would need from grocery stores to restaurants and bars. The area offers many outdoor activities from pickleball to golf courses, breweries, a downtown area on the beach side and one on the mainland.

I'm seeking someone trustworthy, honest, responsible and well-mannered to take care of 1 cat (feed, clean box and keep her company if she'll have it, lol) while also looking after my home and several plants that need weekly watering. Candidate must be tidy and take great care in the space (would ask for no dining in the living room / eating on the sofa, no shoes inside) as there is a lot of new and light colored furnishings.

Our place has very fast wifi, all the streaming services for tv watching, an enclosed Florida room with comfortable seating for lounging or eating, a large pool onsite, tennis courts onsite, brand new kitchen if you enjoy cooking, and centrally located between the beach and the inland activities.

Our 2 story condo is located in a quiet building off of a main road - the space is newly remodeled and furnished - neutral colors with a coastal vibe. There are windows on both ends upstairs and down so there's plenty of indirect light. Living room for lounging, kitchen with an island and stools for cooking/dining, enclosed Florida room for relaxing or having a cocktail in the evening, spacious guest bedroom with dedicated bathroom (shower only) and closet space for storing clothes.

There's quite a bit to do in Vero Beach, it just depends on what you're into... beautiful beach, kayaking in the inter-coastal, biking trails, botanical gardens, golf, tennis, pickleball, vintage shopping, manatee watching, breweries, restaurants, and other nearby cities with more to explore!
