Rosie is absolutely adorable. She will be 13 years this month. She is a beautiful cocker golden mix, with the most enviable blond, golden and cream hair. She is approximately 42 pounds, neither big nor small. The perfect size! She gets fed twice a day and we keep water fresh and out for her always. After her AM breakfast and walk, she sleeps most of the day, orbiting the house, up around 4pm but very chill. And enjoys dinner usually after 6pm followed by a walk. As she is older -walks are important but not as long as we once enjoyed. She is potty trained-helpful for everyone- especially Rosie’s health. We never wanted her to suffer waiting for her parents perhaps caught in cross town traffic or at the office. But she prefers to go outside. She is snuggly and fun -playful and spirited -no one can believe she is 13. She is beloved and not a barker! Her health, safety, care is our priority.

It is a private building, an elegant historic property and once outside, we are steps away from some of the best cultural, dining, shopping, environmental, spiritual and social options NYC provides.

Tourisme et loisirs

Anyone who stays in our apartment-please note we have never rented or swapped our apartment -enjoys being steps away from Carnegie Hall and Central Park, Rockefeller Center and 5th Avenue, Times Square and Broadway. Every subway line is directly outside our lovely doorman building too! The MOMA and the famous Ed Sullivan-CBS Studio is right around the corner -The Stephen Colbert show! I don’t think you could find a more exciting and convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay in New York in Suzanne and Mark's apartment, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Manhattan. Suzanne and Mark were extremely welcoming and gave me lots of tips on how to see the city. I felt right at home! They are some of the warmest people I have ever met, and I can't wait to return for a future stay. Rosie is the sweetest dog you can imagine, and so easy to get along with. I miss her already. You would not believe that she is 13 years old. She is quite a celebrity in the neighborhood, it was so funny to hear everyone greeting her when we walked around the block :) Thank you again Suzanne and Mark for welcoming me into your wonderful apartment!
