Just feeding our cat daily and keeping water topped up. Also, ensure the house plants are watered from time to time (we have a few) and if it's dry, use the sprinkler system to water the veggie patch (from which you can help yourself). We also have 5 chickens (so you can enjoy the eggs) so ideally, we'd appreciate you feeding them each morning (although they are shared with some neighbours so we can sort something else if its a problem).

Restored old French townhouse set over 4 floors in a rural French village in the Courchevel valley at around 900m. 15mins walk from the charming town of Bozel, and just below St Bon. Restoration has been in keeping with original charm and features, with addition of a few creature comforts. Two bedrooms and large garden complete with veggie patch and all the veg you can pick. The only catch is you keep the plants watered and feed give cuddles to our cat, Lionel. And feed our chickens.

We have bikes and hiking maps you're welcome to borrow during your stay.

The house is set in a small rural village. There are no shops in the village but there are small supermarkets, bars and restaurants 20mins walk away in Bozel, and larger amenities 10 mins drive down the valley in Moutiers. With a large outdoor space open onto large fields and a decking area out the back, it is very relaxing.

Tourisme et loisirs

The village of Bozel has a pretty lake and beach area. Also the Courchevel valley, Pralongnan and Champagny are beautiful areas for walking, especially in the autumn. Perfect for nature lovers

Très bon accueil chez Sara et Gavin, qui nous ont accueilli à notre arrivée et nous ont régalé avec un bon repas. Ce soir là nous avons aussi fait connaissance avec leurs deux adorables petits garçons Noah (3 ans) et Caï (13 mois). Pendant notre séjour, nous avons pris soin de Lionnel le chat de la maison, un peu craintif, mais sachant bien réclamer la pâtée en miaulant et nous rappelant à l'ordre le matin, toujours grâce à ses miaulements. Le séjour s'est très bien passé avec un temps très agréable qui nous a permis de sortir et apprécier la région avec les splendides stations de Courchevel, Pralognan, Champagny, etc. avec leurs magnifiques chalets de style montagnard. Il y a beaucoup de randonnées proposées et un magnifique plan d'eau aménagé à 5 minutes en voiture de la maison. Nous en avons bien profité. Beaucoup d'animations organisées pour les vacanciers dans les stations de ski. Nous recommandons ce séjour et remercions Sara et Gavin très sincèrement. Danièle et Roland.

This was an amazing house to spend time in, with 2 beautiful cats. The owners gutted a house that hadn't been lived in for years, and have turned it into a comfy home in a traditional French village, close to world-class skiing and hiking.

Notre séjour chez Sara s'est super bien passé, Sara et Jones sont des gens sans chichi mais vraiment très sympas. Ils nous avaient invité pour le déjeuner et le souper du jour avant Leur depart pour faire connaissance. Leur petits chat Lionel était très câlin et adorable .Nous avons bien profité pour visiter le région. Eugenie et Joseph.
