We have a 2 year old Goldendoodle and a nearly 1 year old Maltese puppy. They will need to be walked, love to go to the beach, and are happy to keep you company and accept any affection you can give. Bathing once a week is usually needed. Both are loving and happy dogs. The cats are more aloof and need to have their food and water kept available and may be slow to warm up to new people.

Modern house with lots of glass and amazing views in lush tropical valley, quiet and green. 2 bedrooms plus a study. Pool, huge garden, terrace with dining table. Sweet dogs - one big and one little, and 2 cats. All amenities. 5 min drive to Kailua town and spectacular beaches (Lanikai and Kailua). Use of car with the house. We have one bicycle. and one old surfboard. Garden has many fruit trees: mango, avocado, tangerines, lemons, breadfruit, papaya, a type of cherry, acerola cherry, passion fruit, mountain apple, coconuts, allspice tree, bananas. . Main house has 2 bedrooms, a study, kitchen, open dining/living room, fireplace, 2 bathrooms. Many books. We have an outside bathtub semi- enclosed by a bamboo fence with a view of the mountain, which is very luxurious. We live in a beautiful place, overlooking a stream and with mountain and valley views. We are a short drive to shops, supermarkets, beautiful beaches. Plenty of excellent hiking nearby. A small park with tennis courts is a 3 minute walk down the road. We have 1 1/2 acres of land with 3 houses (2 are rentals) with a shared garden and electric gate. …
