1yr old miniture pinchser cross dog called rusty. He has a heart condition and requires to be given medication(tablets) once daily in his food. His condition is well controlled and he has no other health issues. He requires a walk once a day and loves to be made a fuss of.
I have 2 cats. 1st is a large black boy called ernie. He is gentle and enjoys human company. 2nd is a small tabby called sparkle who is also gentle and loves attention. Both cats r neutered and prefer to be indoors most of the time(they enjoy some time out in the garden during the day).

I would like the house sitters to arrive 1 day early. This is so i can introduce myself and my pets and allow us to get to know each other and also to provide information to help them get the most out of their stay.

Logement

Victorian farmhouse cottage located in the stunningly beautiful tweed valley. Large private/secure garden with access to cycle path and eshiels woods. Located 1.5miles from peebles town centre.

In the top shed we have several bikes of different sizes. 2 of which are adults bikes.

The countryside is relaxing and peaceful. My house is south facing so gets the sun all day. The patio area is completely private and is a great sunbathing spot looking out onto the hills. There is also plenty of space for barbecues and outside dining.

There are lots of places to discover in and around peeblesshire. Glentress is famous for its Go Ape facilities, Mountain biking trails and walking range. Peebles itself is a thriving, cultured busy town which is popular with holidaymakers all year round.
