Hi! Our two cats are Yoko and Fuji. Fuji is a sweet, affectionate and playful 1-year-old little boy, and Yoko is a 2-year-old, lovely but extremely shy cat girl. She usually takes a few days to warm up to strangers.

When Yoko is scared and the newcomer doesn't know how to interact with insecure cats, she can isolate for days and make herself sick with dehydration and constipation. We are therefore looking for someone travelling alone, preferably a woman, who is used to interacting with sensitive cats. :)

Yoko and Fuji love to play and usually need two daily sessions of playful interaction. They are usually very active in the morning between 10am and 1pm where we often play together, then they go for their afternoon nap until about 6pm. They wake up for dinner around that time, and are pretty chill when digesting, until 9pm when they go full on zoomies and play with us, until we go to bed.

To ensure a smooth transition for Yoko, we will be here on the first few days of your stay, so she can have a smooth introduction to you before we leave.

Our tickets are booked to leave on the 22nd and return on the 30th. We'd like the house sitter to arrive at least five days before we leave (at least from the 17th), so our extremely shy cat, Yoko, gets to know you before we leave. :) We prefer single travellers due to Yoko's extreme shyness. ;)

2 bedroom apartment in the city of Copenhagen with two very shy cats

We have an electric piano and a guitar you can play. In the kitchen we have a dish washer, and we'll leave some indications on how to use it and what utensils can't get in.

Our apartment is very close to the Bella Center station (5-6min walking) where you can also find a bakery, coffee shops and restaurants, grocery shops and bus stops.
The airport is 30min away by public transport, but you won't hear a sound of it as the planes are always landing from the opposite side of the island.

Tourisme et loisirs

Copenhagen is a lovely small capital city that you can discover in a few days. Danes loves to spend time in coffee shops so there's plenty of these, but you'll also find some absolutely lovely gardens, (especially the botanical garden or the Tivoli garden/amusement park)

Nico et Maelys m'ont gentiment, confortablement accueillie chez eux et mise à l'aise, il m'ont aussi donnée plein d'infos pour passer un super séjour à Copenhague. Fuji et Yoko les "fluffies" sont adorables, Fuji très câlin, Yoko un peu plus craintive mais elle s'est rapidement habituée à ma présence. L'échange en amont a été facile et fluide, c'était une première pour moi avec Nomador, je suis enchantée par l'expérience.

Maylis and Nico are not just cats saviors, they are incredibly heart-warming people. They have treated me as a family, with airport rides, delicious meals, and provided me with everything and beyond I possibly need/like. I was seriously spoiled. Communication was a breeze, and the apartment was very cozy and clean. I had a whole list with so many things to do and see while in Copenhagen, created by Maylis and Nico. We became good friends quickly, and I cannot thank them enough for choosing me to take care of sweet Yoko and Fuji, who made me feel very much loved and important, and allowed me to build a unique relationship with them and have a lovely experience for my cat care around the world:). Honestly, if you are reading this review and considering this family to be your partner at any occasion, I am jealous and I miss them all already. So grateful.
