2-story townhouse in a lovely residential area of Park Slope Brooklyn, 5-minute walk from the subway that goes into Manhattan. Two bedrooms upstairs, eat-in kitchen, office, and living room downstairs. High-speed internet, so you can work and stream video or have meetings easily from any part of the house.. There are stairs into the home and the home is not suited for handicapped visitors or young children.

Kitchen is well equipped if you cook, coffee grinder for coffee lovers, Sodastream, fast wifi throughout the house (250 Mbps), Apple TV and smart TV for movies and shows, and Alexa speakers for music. Records are not for use, sorry.

Conveniently located private home, a short walk from Prospect Park, many fine restaurants, subway station, Citi bike share stations, and more. There is an outdoor space in the back that is fully enclosed, and front yard is secured with gate and video doorbell. There is a security camera in the front as well.

There are many places nearby to explore, such as: Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, brooklyn Museum, Dumbo waterfront, and a movie theater a few blocks away. The subway (F or G) is only 3 blocks from the house and it takes 20 minutes to get to downtown Manhattan, or take it all the way to the end to visit Coney Island and the beach!

Rich was very welcoming and his house is beautiful and very well located in Brooklyn, right next to the subway and the park. I loved visiting the area and Pika the little dog is adorable and very well-behaved. I loved my week in brooklyn !
