Two Labs - well behaved, but 11 year old is a bit greedy where food is concerned.
Sleep outdoors, allowed inside but are happy outside.
A bonded pair, so not needy.
Only bark if someone comes to the front door.
Assume the male would be a good guard dog but never been tested!
Wonderfully gentle with children, other dogs, and also adults.
Require 1 hour walking to river for swim in morning; ball throwing for the male.
Afternoon/early evening walk for approx 15 to 20 mins, more if you wish. Ball throwing essential for male. Female is a bit lazy and will just sit or wander and sniff.
Feeding morning and night.
Happy to be left on their own during the day.

GARDEN - if summer may require a small amount of water, approx 20 mins.

Elizabeth & John's immaculate house is situated in a sedate riverside suburb, This makes it very convenient to walk Jax & Crumpie the easy going labradors, either by the river or a choice of parks. I'd recommend this housesit to anyone who wishes to experience a leafy, calm Perth suburb.
