We need someone to take care of our little Lola. She needs feeding twice a day and plenty of stimulation and playtime. We need the apartment keeping clean and tidy and the plants watering. We are looking for a single person or couple, no children sorry.

I leave the apartment on the 15th so we need someone here the day before to do the handover. I return on the 15th Dec so the person needs to ,eave then or the day after. But this is negotiable depending on their flight schedule etc.

Logement

Wonderful 1.5 bedroom apartment in the old town of Ibiza. Very modern, safe and quiet. It over looks the 2 main squares of IBiza Town and is close to all amenities. We have super fast wi-fi so this would suit someone who needs to work remotely.

The area we live in has a lovely gentle vibe. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the area but these are never loud. We live on the footsteps of a world heritage site (Dalt VIla) which is great for walking and exploring. We are 10 mins walks from the beach. There are several supermarkets in walking distance also. The winter in Ibiza is wonderful and calm. The apartment is very comfortable, we have Netflix, appleTV and various other TV channels via the firestick on the TV. The wifi is reliable and fast, we also have a bath, quite rare these days in Ibiza :o)

Phil and Nicola are super friendly and easy-going, everything went smoothly. Lola is one of the cutest little cats I've ever met. She is friendly, cuddly and playful, a really precious one. Love her! The apartment is in the perfect location, everything is in walking distance, so it's very cosy. I'm really grateful for this opportunity and I would be happy to come back!
