I have a 10 year old well behaved Westie. She is still a high energy dog who likes two walks a day. She is well trained, doesn't bark unless someone knocks at the door or she sees a squirrel. I have a large garden with micro irrigation set up throughout. If it is summer months there may be the need to water a few pots but most of the garden is on timers and micro irrigation systems. I expect the house to be left as found. I have a clean and modern home. Prudent use of utilities is appreciated.

Beautiful modern home on large lot. Totally fenced with iron gates for added security in an already very safe neighbourhood. Extensive patio area for lounging and relaxing. Many amenities including restaurants, shopping, ocean within 3 minutes. Kayaking, boating, beaches and great hiking trails all minutes away.

You are 3 minutes from restaurants, shopping, gas stations etc. Victoria is a 25-30 minute drive and Duncan is 20 minutes away. A car would be required as bus service is infrequent.

If you love the outdoors there is so much to see and do here. Skiing in winter, water sports in summer, great beaches very close by. It is a very quiet neighbourhood with lots of hiking and walking trails just out the door.

I enjoyed spending time with Melanie's well-mannered westies, Bowen and Willow. They happily accompanied me on the many excellent trails in her community. Melanie has created a very beautiful garden and her home is lovely. I would return with pleasure.
