Fethiye

We have two rescue cats, one big fluffy boy king called Spock and his unrelated younger tabby sister/lover, Princess. They are both very easy going and Spock has a lot of love to give. He loves any attention. Spock requires water served to be served to him via the shower tap at just the right flow volume (he will let you know). Princess is a excellent hider. They both love hanging on the couch, balcony and bed, or wherever you are. They both stay inside full time. Their food is mostly automated and kitty litter will need cleaning every few days. Some pot plants will need water according to the season. Ideally we are looking for a couple that work remotely from home/cafe to maintain a similar routine.

Our home is a three level home with two balconies and a seperate entrance. It is a newish building with aircon in every living space and a dedicated projector setup in the lounge for TV/Streaming. Our home is cat orientated and Spock and Princess rule the house. As for location, our neighbours are kind and generous and we live near a vibrant community. Fethiye has three incredible fresh produce markets and our local one in Calis is a ten minute walk away. Fethiye has diverse cuisines available with a few Chinese and Indian restaurants near by and we are 5 minute walking distance to local grocers like Bim, Sok, A101 and a small Migros. We are a short cycle to the Calis seaside promenade or about a half hour walk. We have very easy access to transport with inter and intra city transport to Dalaman airport , Marmaris, Gocek, and to Fethiye town centre which goes to Oludeniz, Kayakoy and beyond.

All our living spaces have heating and cooling making it comfortable all year round. Our upper balcony has some distant snow capped mountains visible from from December to March/April. Our study/yoga space also has a mountain glimps too. We have a guitar to play with as well as high speed unlimited internet to stream the latest things big screen movie style with your connected device. Our drinking water is uv and carbon treated in the kitchen so no need to worry about drinking water or plastic bottles. Our street is not far from the main road in and out of Fethiye and is close to the main promenade of Calis, and Yurguzlar Cadde has the markets, cafes, restaurants pubs etc. It is highly recommended to walk or cycle to the seaside to see the sunset, bird sanctuary, and Calis beach promenade. Our kitchen is also fully equipped with western gadgets which means you can cook just about anything if you prefer to eat in.

We have a relaxed easygoing household and we love using multipurpose lounge room that also functions as play area for the cats. The open kitchen has everything you need but we do not have a TV. Feel free to connect your laptop to the easy access projector and speaker to enjoy wide screen viewing. Our flat is about 160sqm with 3 bedrooms. One is sleeping and workspace, one is a workspace/yoga space/storage space and the other is guest/hobby/storage space.

Fethiye is a tourism hub in the heart of the Turkish Riviera. You can easily explore beautiful places for day trips like Oludeniz, Kayakoy, Gocek, Mamaris ect with cheap frequent and reliable public taxis (dolmus). All buses have clear signage and you tap any bank card to go anywhere. There is more English spoken here due to being a popular destination for British tourists and residences. There are many hiking trails to historical sites too! And quick easy acess to and from city centre and Dalaman Airport and regional bus routes from Izmir, Istanbul and Antalya.
