The real owner of the house is Guido, a fat and very sociable cat. We expect guests to feed him daily, keep his toilet box clean and stay with him some time to keep him company. Being summer, the plants need to be watered, too.
That's all, folks!

We will be away for the last two weeks of August and we look for somebody to take care of the house and the cat - well, mostly the cat - for this entire period of time So, one day less is no problem, but we cannot host just for a few days, sorry

Please allow us some time to check them and reply, life is busy and time is a very scarce resource... The apartment is small but excellently located: a few steps from the Vatican Museums, a 5-minute walk from St. Peter's Square, and next to the metro stop (Line A, Cipro station). It is located on the third floor of a historic complex built in the 1920s, it is comfortable and recently renovated. It overlooks an internal courtyard with garden: a large magnolia gives shade to the bedroom window. A habitable terrace surrounded by plants allows you to dine outdoors on summer evenings. The Prati district is one of the historic districts of Rome.
In addition to prominent historical-artistic emergencies such as St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums, it hosts all the necessary services and a multitude of bars and restaurants for all tastes. About 200 meters from the house there is the Trionfale market, one of the best-stocked and beautiful in Rome, useful for taking home some local and genuine souvenirs.
The closest metro station is Cipro, but Ottaviano is also a few minutes walk away. Several bus lines pass right next to the house as well as a cycle path that allows you to cycle in the centre, go down the banks of the Tiber or towards the Ponte Milvio area.

Well, to fully know Rome 2 weeks wouldn't be enough. But Rome is also a good starting base to visit cities like Naples (1 hour by train) or Florence (one and a half hours)
