I have a cat named Perla. She doesn't need any particular care, but she is a bit shy especially at the beginning and loves cuddling. She gets along with calm and relaxed people who love cats and understand that these animals need their time and space.
You would only need to feed her and clean her litter daily, spend time with her and keep an eye on her when she is on the balcony.
She has access to all the spaces in the apartment and if she likes you she will probably sleep in bed with you :)
I am searching for a single person, as Perla doesn't like having too many strangers around. Non smoker please.

Nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood of Barcelona, between Sagrada Familia and Clot (metro Encants is the closest one).
Very comfortable for one person and suitable for remote working. It has a balcony.
As it is my home, it is equipped with everything you need.
I'm renting, so I expect you to treat the flat with utmost respect.

If you need to work on your pc, I have a desk with big screen, keyboard and mouse

The apartment is easy to look after and comfortable. It is in the city but not in a busy neighbourhood. It is well connected by transport (2 metro lines and a train station nearby that also goes to the airport). There are plenty of supermarkets in the area, two just round the street corner, and a pharmacy and a bakery in less than 50 metres.
You can go to the beach in 40 min walk or 15 min bike ride.
Neighbours are very quiet so you'll sleep well.

Tourisme et loisirs

You can discover the whole city of Barcelona and the beaches of Costa Brava by train (Station at 8 min walking distance). You can also visit Girona and figueres by train. Mountains are not far neither. In 3 hour bus ride you are in Andorra.

Super séjour passé à Barcelone chez Marta qui nous a très bien accueillies chez elle! Appartement idéal et central pour découvrir le centre et les plages de Barcelone ! Perle a été adorable et a su se laisser apprivoiser au fur et à mesure des jours. Je recommande vivement Marta pour sa gentillesse et son hospitalité. Je reviendrai avec joie !
