We have two dogs, Reveur (male) and Oona (female). Both dogs are young, sweet and kind. Very energetic and need to be taken out for a daily walk. Both dogs were adopted, Reveur from the local animal shelter and Oona was abandoned by her owner so we took her in.

If you are the jogging type, the dogs love to go out for a run every once in a while!

Both dogs are great with children, nevertheless, we never leave our daughter unattended. Both dogs do not appreciate cats.

We unfortunately cannot accept your pets if you are travelling with them. Thank you for understanding.

Our indoor and outdoor plants need to be watered every once in a while too :)

A home in a small town in the South West of France (Gers) with a 800m2 garden with a countryside view and two young energetic dogs called Reveur and Oona.

Recently renovated our home is a mix of both modern and regional styles.

The town is located on the St. Jacques de Compostelle (Camino) route. Starting April, many pilgrims come into town. There is the local cafe/restaurant open from April until October which is a great plus for the locals as well as the visitors!

We are a ten minute drive from all the necessary commodities.
We are a 45 minute drive from the closest train stations (SNCF) in Agen or Auch.

Our home is a quiet home with a garden overlooking the countryside. We are exposed to the South and sometimes manage to see the beautiful Pyrenees from the garden!

Ou terrace is accessible but it not yet renovated as you can see in the picture :)

Tourisme et loisirs

The countryside here is very agricultural. A lot of farm land surrounding the town in general.
The town is also located on the St. Jacques de Compostelle (Camino) route. Many visitors come into town, either stay the night or just pass through.

The local food here is great. You can buy local products in the towns nearby; there is a weekly farmer's market on Fridays saturdays and tuesdays.

The local cafe/restaurant is open 6 days a week from April until October. You can have tea/coffee, lunch or early dinner there. The owner is very hospitable and knows the town and its surroundings very well. The cafe has a mini market where you can find last minute basic things.
There is a 4 star hotel in the village as well where you can have dinner and/or drinks!

There is a charming fountain in the village you can visit, as well as an old wash house. The town also has a lovely 16th century church open for visitors.

You definitely need a car here as there is no local transportation.

The closest bus stop is a 10 minute drive which can take you all the way to Agen or Auch (where the two main train stations are).

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé ! Julien et Sumaya sont très à l’écoute et généreux. La maison est une vieille bâtisse rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, dans un petit village gersois très charmant. Rêveur et Oona sont des chiens très sociables, pleins d’énergie et j’ai apprécié me balader avec eux tout au long de mon séjour. Merci, je recommande !

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Soumaya et sa petite famille. Elle nous a offert un très bon repas. Leur maison est spacieuse et très confortable. Elle est entourée de nature et est au calme. Les chiens sont adorables et très bien éduqués. Ils adorent les promenades sportives et les papouilles. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Je recommande vivement !

It was just an amazing experience sitting for Sumaya and Julien and their beautiful daughter. They are the best hosts ever, we felt so welcomed in their house and they are so talented and beautiful people. Reveur and Oona are the cutest and sweetest doggies, very playful, love cuddles and a great company for amazing walks just from the doorstep (the house is located on famous St. Jacques de Compostelle (Camino) route and absolutely gorgeous. The house is a dream house with amazing views and so beautifully designed. We loved every second of this stay and highly recommend this sit to everyone! Thank you Sumaya and Julien for choosing us and this memorable time with you and with Reveur and Oona. We miss them lots
