Animaux à besoins spécifiques | Entretien piscine | 1 Chien

My dog is a Samoyed girl of 10yrs and, she needs to be walked at least two times per day, mostly three, especially now as she enjoyes cold weather.
She should loose 1kg.
She enjoyes sleeping in a corner of the livingroom as I watch tv then, she goes out on the terrace during the night. I always leave the door to the terrace open as she comes back in the morning to continue her sleep.
When we go out, I follow her as I don't use the leash inside of the condominium. (Not good, I know).
She eats two times per day; at lunch, after we come back home at in the evening; outside on the terrace.
She's not allowed on bed either on sofa (which she tries to overnight).
She's very educated, not noisy, she doesn't socialize too much with other dogs and wants to give kisses to everyone. Mostly, she loves being scrathed on her belly.
And, her fur needs to be brushed after every walk.

Logement

The appartment is rented since one year.
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen and a large terrace. Groundfloor.
Tv in master bedroom and smart tv in livingroom.
It's located in a secured condominium with a very big mediteraneean park; walking distance to beach, shops, super-markets.

One bike.
Tennis/paddel courts.
Swimming pools.

Easy life; large terrace door from livingroom, groundfloor, underground parking or front parking.
Huge mediterraneean garden with swimmingpools.
Restaurant/terrace in the condominium.
Guarded place 24/24.
Walking distance to everything.
I thank you in advance to all of you who answer my add and, I will let you know my decision as soon as I book my flights. Of course, I will invite you to come here a few days earlier so we get to know each other and, apecially, Amira and her needs.
Please note that you should take into consideration the weather in Marbella.
Last February there was a lot of rain.
