We have two fun, strictly indoor, two year old 🐈 🐈‍⬛ cats we rescued. She's a opinionated Tortoiseshell with all the Tortietude and he's a grey tabby. Our little lover with awesome jumping skills. Both are shy at first but will be impeding your plans before you know it because someone has cuddled onto your lap and you feel guilty to move.

Responsibilities: Keeping cats on their schedules. They will make sure that you don’t forget that they are fed between 6-7am and 5-6pm. They must be fed separately as our male has a strict prescription diet and the female is a piggy 🐷 and will steal the male’s if given the opportunity. They often like those annoying friends who show up to a party too early- they forget how to tell time insisting that we've forgotten that they get fed earlier.

We use soy pellets for their litter. We have 2 litter boxes in their room. It will need to have 💩 scooped as soon as possible and refreshed when necessary.

Our cats are such cuddle pies! They love to snuggle up on your lap and will strongly encourage you to binge watch …

We have potted plants in our backyard that will be watered and a couple indoors, away from the cats. We also have a small aquarium and maybe a worm farm out back.

References and police clearance required. Single preferred but open to 40+ year old couples. No other pets, Must be proficient in English or Italian with basic English.

We have a 3 bedroom/2 bath home in Trinity Alkimos with smart tvs with Netflix, etc. If you're a coffee drinker, I have several ways for your to brew up! We have a simple patio with comfy couch and ottoman and a lovely umbrella with a few potted plants that will require some water. We are 3 minutes from Coles, Fish & Chips shop, Pie Shop, and Burger Grill. We are 6 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to Butler station with a close bus stop so you don’t need a 🚗 car. Not a child friendly home. We have a great sound system and lots of tv apps. There's a pull-up station in the house and great walking paths. It's so nice to catch a sunset at any of the many restaurant/bars in the area. We can give you suggestions for the BEST burger too! Our home is comfortable and easy to maintain. I love appliances so if you like to cook, you can give them all a whirl. I am late to the coffee addiction but I have had fun experimenting with different modes of brewing. While I don't have a super fancy machine, you can choose from the Nespresso, several mokas, filter, or press. We also have an amazing cafe (Finch's) down just a few minutes away by car and another that we haven't visited enough (Santorini) to know if we like it or not but it's just a few minutes walk away.

It's great being so close to the cheapest petrol station in the area (Burk in front of Coles) and being able to pop in for a few forgotten ingredients at the grocery.)

Places to check out:
Yanchep National Park, known for its stunning landscapes and the famous Crystal Cave.

Yanchep Lagoon Beach, Eden Beach, and Burns Beach, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. Oceans 27 on Alkimos Beach is one of our fav places for a drink and sunset for a casual setting. The Beach House at Eden Beach is more upscale and has the most superior viewing of the sunset with tapas and a cocktail.

Treetops Adventure in Yanchep is a must-visit for an exhilarating experience (not from experience).

Gravity Discovery Centre & Observatory, where visitors can delve into the wonders of the universe through observatory tours and stargazing activities.

Monica (and her sister Jessica) took great care of our two dogs and two bunnies. They had to deal with unexpected issues (like a power outage) and handled everything very well. They also sent regular updates including photos and videos to show us how the pets were doing. It was clear that they were having a good time taking care of (and cuddling with) the pets. They were also very attentive and noticed when one of the dogs started having a skin irritation, and contacted us to confirm what they should do. We can enthusiastically recommend Monica to anyone who needs a dog-friendly person to watch their home or pets.

Monica is amazing and we will definitely ask her to look after our cat again in the future. When we came back from our holidays, Mimi was really happy and relaxed and she did a really nice friend, Itsy. Mimi had never seen a dog before and we were a bit afraid of her reaction, but Itsy is lovely and really calm, so Mimi adopted her since the first moment. Since then, naps together, walks to the park together... they share a lot of things. Monica sent us daily updates and pictures so we felt reassured all was well in our absence. Thank you very much Monica, you totally made our holidays the most relaxed ones ever! And definitely we hope to see you again. Good luck and a lot of hugs for Itsy
