I have a gentle older cat (buy she still acts like a spring chicken!) She needs to be fed wet food twice a day and fresh water daily. That's it. The apartment is in a quiet neighborly building with an elevator and laundry.

Sunny roomy one bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony. It's New York city living in a peaceful area by the East River Park. Short walk to lively bars and restaurants, but you'll come home to quiet neighborly building. Great view too! Care care for sweet gentle cat, she an easy quite girl.

Wonderful very sunny apartment with lots of green space around. There is a super market right downstairs and a park directly across the street with bike and running paths. It is a short walk to lively restaurants and shops. The apartment is a very roomy 1 bedroom with a separate kitchen and living room. Quiet at night

Wonderful lower Manhattan neighborhood to discover. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby from high end white table cloth to some of the best bagels and pizza. New York has to offer. There is an art house cinema, a few museums and several live music venues in walking distance. It is close to the Williamsburg bridge which you can walk or bike over and be in Brooklyn in 20 minutes.

I enjoyed my stay here. The kitty was friendly and low maintenance. Holly was friendly and easy going. This NYC location has to be seen to be believed. The apartment is comfortable and accessible by subway, bus and the new ferry. A great stay!
