We have one old dog (a big and beautiful and gentle rescue dog) and an old cat. The dog (called Kat, confusingly) needs a small walk each day but mostly sleeps. The cat (Cuba) is quite old too and mostly eats and sleeps. They both need fed twice and day and given lots of love while we are away.

We are looking for cover while we visit family in Scotland and France (15-30/11). But the dates are flexible and we could consider a longer stay over xmas. Also possible into 2024 if you were willing to share the space with us.

Logement

Modern family home in residential area of Tallinn. 10' to the beach with forest walks and an efficient bus service in and out of the city. The house has two distinct living areas so you would have your own bedroom, kitchen, living/work space and bathroom.

We have a wood-fired sauna, internet and TV and lots and lots of space and light and books. As spring is coming, you can also enjoy the garden.

The house is easy to live in. We just installed an electric air pump for the radiators and there is underfloor heating. You have your own kitchen and bathroom and there is a sauna which you can use. It's a family home with easy access to the sea, forest and the city.

It was a pleasure to take care of Kat (the dog) and Kuuba (the cat), both so calm and affectionate. They adopted us from the first day :) Kuuba, the beautiful black cat, is very independent, but also loves caresses and cuddling. Kat is a very gentle, fine lady, she leads a quiet life at home, but also appreciates longer nature walks in the nearby forests and seaside. They are both amazing, we miss them a lot already!!! During our stay, we were able to enjoy a splendid house with all the amenities. The house is cozy and beautifully decorated by Janika’s care. It suits perfectly to those who wish staying in a peaceful, close-to-nature setting, but still close to Tallinn. Many thanks to Janika and James for their warm welcome and trust. We will cherish great memories of the time we spent together and looking forward to returning to Tallinn for a second pet-sitting session, very soon ;-) Heartily recommended!
